• Unethical Promotion and Demotion of Products:Do not post fake or false reviews to promote or demote a brand.

  • Anti-community behaviors such as stalking and spamming other users are not allowed.
  • Do not share pictures of other users.

  • Indirect threats: Using language or innuendo to suggest harm or violence.
  • Promotion of violence: Sharing content that glorifies or encourages violence.
  • Intimidation: Using threats or coercion to control or manipulate others.
  • Inciting hatred: Promoting discrimination or hatred based on race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
• Personal Information:Do not post personal details such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses.
• Language:Do not swear or SHOUT.
  • While words like "crap" and "damn" are not considered swear words, we encourage professional language.
• Irrelevant Content:All content should be relevant and add value to the platform.
  • Pointless posting sprees will result in content removal and possible account bans.
• Marketing-Speak:Do not post reviews with overly positive or "marketing-speak" writing styles.
  • Our content team has the final say on what constitutes marketing-speak.

  • Our content team will make the final decision in ambiguous cases.
• External Links:Do not post irrelevant external links or links to unsafe/offensive websites.
• Affiliation with Listings:Do not review a listing if you are or were affiliated with it, including past or present employees, family, and friends of employees.
  • Read our fake submissions policy to avoid listing penalties.
• Multiple Accounts:Do not create multiple accounts. You can update your email address in your account settings.
• Legal Threats:Do not post legal threats.
  • If you believe content should be removed, report it using the flag icon and provide a detailed and factual explanation with evidence.
  • We consider reasoned and polite removal requests but may not reply to all.
• Fake Reviews:If you have evidence that a review is fake, report it using the flag icon and provide as much evidence as possible.
• Incentivized Reviews:Incentivized reviews are only permitted under specific conditions. See our guidelines on incentivized reviews for more information.

• Our content team may conduct checks to verify if reviewers have used the product or service they are reviewing.
• Members may be required to provide additional information to confirm their purchase or experience.
